By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using A-Eyes ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software. The Software is provided by A-Eyes LLC ("we", "our", "us").
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use A-Eyes on up to two (2) personal computers that you own or control. This license is for your personal or professional use and does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of your license key with others.
Each purchase includes one license key that may be activated on up to two machines. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us at drew.pace7@gmail.com for assistance. We reserve the right to deactivate license keys that show signs of unauthorized sharing or abuse.
You may use A-Eyes for any lawful purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity. You agree not to share, sell, lease, or redistribute your license key or any copy of the Software to third parties.
A-Eyes and all associated materials (code, design, documentation, branding) are the intellectual property of A-Eyes LLC. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of it. All rights not explicitly granted in these terms are reserved.
A-Eyes captures screenshots, screen recordings, and audio narration that you create. You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Software. We do not access, collect, store, or have any rights to your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how A-Eyes handles data.
A-Eyes integrates with third-party services (such as Claude by Anthropic) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. A-Eyes does not require any specific third-party subscription and does not include access to Claude or any other AI service.
A-Eyes is sold as a one-time purchase through LemonSqueezy. All payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy and is subject to their terms. If you are unsatisfied with the Software, contact us within 14 days of purchase at drew.pace7@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Your purchase includes all future updates to A-Eyes at no additional cost. We may release updates at our discretion and are not obligated to maintain, update, or support the Software on any particular schedule. We reserve the right to discontinue the Software at any time.
A-Eyes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Software at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A-Eyes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which A-Eyes LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
